Cancellation Policy
• NO EXTRA PEOPLE OR KIDS UNLESS ASKED UPON APPOINTMENT
• All clients must pay a $25 deposit fee that goes towards your service. This booking fee is non-refundable.(Deposit will be added towards the total.
• no call- no show, will lose $25 deposit.
• REMAINING BALANCE CAN BE PAID IN CASH, APPLE PAY, ZELLE, OR CASHAPP
•ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE, RESHEDULE MUST ME MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
•IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT.
• IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING, YOU CAN TRANSFER THE DEPOSIT TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT AFTER 24 HOURS, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT & YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A NEW DEPOSIT TO REBOOK.
•IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE
• We do not offer refunds, however we do offer a 3 day grace period to come in for touch-ups as needed. This does not apply to touch-ups or weeklies. IF YOUR LASHES ARE IN POOR CONDITION YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED, AND YOU WONT LOSE DEPOSIT.
